Barmouth town centre is only a few minutes away on foot as is the local railway station for those who wish to leave the car at home. |

All rooms have sea and or mountain views, they also have a complimentary tray, a small fridge, an alarm clock and a colour TV with freeview. There is a hairdryer and iron available on request. Well behaved pets welcome. No smoking. |
The tariff all year is £30 per person per night (all rooms are en suite).
Children 16 years old or younger are half price.
No charge for babies or cots.
No single rooms.
£5 off per adult on bookings of 3-6 nights and £15 off per adult on bookings of a week or more.
Cancellation
Deposits are fully refunded up to a week before the stay provided the room is re let.
